Let's Get It Started!

This is how it will work: every Monday, Wednesday and Friday, I'll introduce a new topic for discussion. Please contribute your views, opinions, questions, suggestions..etc. To help us get acquainted, do introduce yourself by:

1) Name (you may also use pseudonym)
2)Occupation (so we can consult you on your area of expertise!!)
3)Number of children you have and age (you may use pseudonym instead of their names)
[If you want to be cautious, you can choose to not reveal your workplace, address, children's schools and other too personal details]

None of the above are mandatory, but it would be nice to know how diverse we are, right? Let's also welcome every newcomer heartily to our group!

Carpe Diem, ladies!
Becky

hi Wheat Grass! Welcome! The fact that we're mostly young mums is precisely why we need more mums like you who have 'been-there-done-that-seen-it-all' among us. We certainly need your tips, advise and encouragement! Thanks and please share freely!!

Becky, wow nice for younger moms. Us older moms sometimes get together and wished/prayed we had a group of people to seek desperate help from but that was like 10 years ago.

Not sure if my advice is the wisest but will try. I'm grateful for my kids and how they have developed uniquely and wonderfully made by God.

Keep praying for each of your children and use 1 Chronicles 4:10 to bless them.

ya the whole idea of starting this group is to help each other out and to let young mothers know whatever challenges they're facing are not the end of the world.. though it may feel like that sometimes!

Well, the main objective is to help us care for our kids better... that is the heart of us mums after all!
